Service monitoring –
If your server or game executable crashes or restarts, the game servers come back online automatically.

Game monitoring -
Monitoring the service itself is not enough. Server Monitor monitors each individual game and makes sure the game is not only running, but also active.

Slot and type monitor -
We have integrated security measures into the game monitoring system which will alert you if you've changed yourr slot count, or changes their server from private to public.

Game server resource usage -
Our Monitor logs the number of players, processor, and memory usage for each game server. You can monitor your game servers by generating reports and graphs from this data. Your clients can also access PNG graphs of their game servers.

System resource usage -
Our Monitor logs processor, network, disk and memory usage on the whole system. You can monitor your servers by generating reports and graphs from this data.

Full function web based file manager -
Easily access and edit, create, upload, delete files all via a web browser. The Control Panel file manager is not a web based FTP client. Web based FTP clients tend to be slow and buggy. This file manager has been custom built. Security has been built right in. Admins can set to disallow or allow the downloads/deletion and modification of any file extension! You can also set maximum file sizes that the user can edit and even zip. It supports extraction of zip and rar files. We have also included admin settable quick links to commonly accessed files. 1 click opens for edit, and one click saves it!

Sub-users -
Have clans with more than one user? More than one server? Not a problem. With the Our Control Panel sub-user accounts, clans can allow different logins and set permission for these sub-accounts. Sub-Users can even enter support tickets as well.

Sub-admins -
Do you have techs helping you out but don't want them to have full access? With Our control panel you are able to create different groups that have access to different tasks. Then just create a new user and assign him to that group.
Again we have built it right in. A fully functioning support ticket system with priority settings, and even email template setup.

Patching system -
Probably the most annoying thing about hosting is patch time. Let's face it STEAM updates suck! With our control panel you can download once from STEAM and then update all your servers at once! It includes an update generator utility which runs the update and creates the patch file based on changed files only! With that one patch file you can update all your server at once, or allow your clients access to one click install as well.

One Click Steam updates –
You can also automatically update your steam servers with the click of a button. You can configure whether you want to allow your users to use the steam update or only administrators. This feature requires that you have a copy of the HLDSUpdatetool installed on each of your dedicated servers, or contained within the defaul client install files.

One Click Punkbuster updates -
Are you tired of your clients creating support tickets because their Server's Punkbuster is not updating? With our control panel you can allow them to update their Punkbuster with a single click. The system downloads the latest PB server .dll file and the server can then update to the latest version on it's own. No need for bulky PB update tools to be installed. You can configure whether you want to allow your users to use the Punkbuster update or only administrators.

Client command line builder -
Clients can build any number of different command lines and store them for easy switching. You control what your clients can and can't do by adding or removing commandline variables.
Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and Quake 3 based games have RCON support. Your clients will be able to kick/ban players with the click of a button. More are added all the time.

Teamspeak© integration -
Tired of having your clients getting locked out or getting their Teamspeak servers 'hacked'? Now you can reset their Teamspeak user's with the click of a button, create users and ban unwanted IPs all from the Control Panel.
